Toast, Roast & Boast Kathy G-Saturday, May 10, 6:30pm
You are invited to an old-fashioned roast to honor Kathy Goldenkranz whose three years as Temple President is ending. This evening will start with an array of hors d’oeuvres and local wines. Our evening of praising & teasing will be emceed by humorist Malcolm Kushner. Do you have something you want to say about Kathy? With your sponsorship you receive two tickets and the chance to roast Kathy yourself! Desserts and more wine will follow. The event is priced to encourage as many people as possible to come and thank Kathy for her hard work. Cost:Tickets $36(2 x Chai) Sponsorships $360 (20 x Chai) includes 2 tickets and a chance to roast Kathy!

Senior Connections Presents a -Sunday, May 19, 12:30-3:30pm Luncheon & discussion
This special Senior Connections Program will have a return of some of the Rabbis we had at last year’s panel along with a couple of new ones. We are also hosting a luncheon for our TBE Seniors--courtesy of Senior Connections! The luncheon will be held from 12:30-1:30, followed by the panel. IMPORTANT: Please sign up for the luncheon on the clip form at the back of your May Shofar no later than MAY 12th. We will need to know how many guests to prepare for in advance! You can also contact Marlene Pitkow with your RSVP and questions: marsp7@pacbell.net. This is the only Senior Connection program for May (the 3rd Monday of the month, because the 4th is Memorial Day).
