Chair Yoga
Every Wednesday at 12:30 PM.

Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is suitable for students unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. Chair yoga offers a practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Donations are accepted.


Attention Crafty People
Wednesday evenings 7:00–8:30 PM, in our new coffee lounge. Join us for creativity and fun! We'll have sewing and embroidery with a variety of fabrics and thread colors. Create colorful clay amulets, embellish them with a variety of beads, bake and string them for wearing. There will be rock painting and more. Crafts change weekly. All are welcome, beginner or advanced. Lenore Hindin will facilitate these classes, all materials included, free of charge.
   On hiatus until Temple School resumes in the fall.


Lunch and Learn with Rabbi Paula Marcus
Every Thursday, 12:00 to 1:00 PM
The weekly study group will continue exploring the parshat ha’shavuah, weekly Torah portion. Hebrew not required. Join this class at any time. You can come to all or some of the classes. Free.

Pilates Strength Training Class
Utilizing small balls, hand-held weights, resistance bands and foam rollers
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:00 AM in the library
This class is for everybody but you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily. The class utilizes both Pilates movements, strengthening exercises and balance. It is a 60 minute challenging, flowing, core-based functional fitness session. Please bring your own yoga mat. The class is FREE although donations are happily accepted.
