Chair Yoga  
Suzi Mahler is offering her beloved Chair Yoga classes via Zoom at 9:30 AM every Tuesday and Thursday and at 10:30 AM on Wednesday while the shelter-in-place order is in effect!
For questions about the class or to register, contact Suzi Mahler.

These classes are being offered by donation. You don't need to pay to attend class, but if you would like to donate you can do so via PayPal or Zelle (suzimahler@gmail.com).
Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is suitable for students unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. Chair yoga offers a practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.

Lunch and Learn
Thursdays, 12:00 to 1:00 PM
The weekly study group will continue exploring the parshat ha’shavuah, weekly Torah portion. Hebrew not required. Join this class at any time. You can come to all or some of the classes. Free. This is a Lifelong Learning offering.
It is traditional to study a section of the Mishnah, called Pirke Avot (Sayings of the Ancestors) from Passover through Shavuot. Rabbi Paula will be teaching from the second chapter of this collection.

Pilates Strength Training Class by Zoom!
Utilizing small balls, hand-held weights, resistance bands and foam rollers
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM.

This class is for everybody but you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily. The class utilizes both Pilates movements, strengthening exercises and balance. It is a 60 minute challenging, flowing, core-based functional fitness session. Please bring your own yoga mat. The class is FREE although donations are happily accepted. Craft Group  ON HIATUS
Wednesday evenings 7:00–8:30 PM, in our new coffee lounge. Join us for creativity and fun! We'll have sewing and embroidery with a variety of fabrics and thread colors. Create colorful clay amulets, embellish them with a variety of beads, bake and string them for wearing. There will be rock painting and more. Crafts change weekly. All are welcome, beginner or advanced. Lenore
