Join Rick Alloy as he and his wife Evie Alloy retrace their 2006 family roots trip through Ukraine and Poland.  Through stories and photography, see and experience Ukraine well before the current war on this 1500-mile journey by car.  They start in Kyiv (derived from the Ukrainian-language 'Київ') and meet Rick’s one remaining relative.  See the resting places of Rabbi Nachman of Bratslav and the Baal Shem Tov, cross the Carpathian Mountains, explore Evie’s mother’s childhood home, and lastly discover Evie’s father’s hometown in Poland.
