Reading-in-Place:  Library resources in a time of Corona

With sheltler-in-place and social distance public health measures in place, many of us are looking for other ways to meet our literary and book-loving needs.  Even as restrictions are easing, and curbside services are available from the public library and local bookstores, many have come to appreciate offerings across the country, and even around the world, available through virtual platforms.  Below is an ongoing list of sources to keep current with published fiction and non-fiction, arts, culture, history ... on Jewish themes.  We're trying to update this as often as needed – sometimes daily – so check back often.

Upcoming Highlights

As we approach the High Holidays, many Jewish communal organizations are focusing on holiday observances, liturgy and study sources.  Thus the literary offerings are thin on the ground for the time being.  We will begin to update this list again once the holidays are over.  In the meantime, you can find recordings of past programs listed in the "Ongoing Book Talks & Events" section.
