Jewish Concepts with Rabbi Shifra. Beginning Thursday, July 8, Rabbi Shifra will be offering an 8 week class on Jewish Concepts every Thursday from 12 to 1 on zoom. This class is designed for anyone who would like to learn more about Judaism, is studying for conversion, or simply would like to connect with Rabbi Shifra and others in the TBE community through discussion of Jewish topics. Topics will include B’rit (covenant), Mitzvah (commandment), Jewish Law, The Soul, Death, Mysticism/Kabbalah, Tikkun Olam and Dietary Laws (kashrut). Class dates are July 8, July 15, July 22, July 29, August 5, Aug 12, August 19 and last class August 26. A $50 contribution to TBE Lifelong learning is requested.
